Several businesses have already registered to take part in the competition, which is organised by the Frome and District Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by the Somerset Standard.
Businesses or shops can take part by decorating their window for Christmas, lighting it up, and registering their entry.
The windows will be judged at the end of next week and the winner will be announced at the Frome Spectacular on Sunday, November 30.
To enter, the following information must be sent to Kate Preece, secretary of the chamber of commerce, by Monday (November 24): your business or shop name; the address of the business or shop; a contact name, telephone number and email address.
These details – clearly labelled ‘Light Up Your Window For Christmas Competition’ – can be faxed to Kate at 01225 355 554 or emailed to kate@wessexchambers.org.uk
